The Room was bright and plenty of windows. Good fan in room. Plenty of storage space. Safe in Room. Location of hotel was excellent not too long walk into central areas, plenty of shops and subways near hotel. They was plenty of restaurants next to hotel and penny supermarket direct across road for all your essential items. We would definately book this hotel again next time we visit the wonderful city of Hamburg! The hotel is just steps away from Hamburg Central Station, train system. The room was basic but clean and a great value for the price. Upon arrival I was greeted in anorofessional and way by the front desk person who had already the information for my reservation. I was asked if I wanted to add breakfast, and I am glad I did because the food was great with lots of choices.

We picked this hotel because of its proximity to the train station, and it is a short walk to the train station from the hotel. The hotel breakfast that they had was a good value for the money. The room that we were in had a window looking out on a busy street, but the room was very well soundproofed from the road. The hotel staff was very nice and spoke English well.

Very clean, comfortable room, lovely bathroom with everything you need, excellent service. When you enter the hotel, you enter an oasis in this terrible neighborhood. As a location, it is a convenient starting point for everything, meters from the most prestigious streets and the city center.
